As the National Affiliate Chapter, Ronald McDonald House Australia plays a central role in helping Chapters deliver exceptional support to families while strengthening the organisation's national presence and reputation.The organisation continues to evolve, and this newly created opportunity has arisen for a fundraising coordinator to join the team.Benefits & CultureHybrid working offered, 2 days per week in the office and 3 days from homeContribute to meaningful outcomes for Australian familiesCollaborative, mission-led culture with a passionate and engaged teamSupportive leadership committed to capability development and innovation12-month contract, with potential extensionThe RoleReporting to the National Partnerships Development Lead, you will support donor engagement, campaign delivery and administrative functions to help achieve fundraising objectives and maintain strong supporter relationships.Your ability to manage multiple priorities will ensure donors receive a responsive and skilled experience,



and you will be involved with the following:Administration of regular giving programs, bequests, appeals, renewals, donor communications and retention initiativesDevelop and nurture positive relationships with donors to enhance engagement via phone, email and online channelsMaintain accurate donor and campaign records within Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and high-quality database managementManage donation processing, receipting and banking activities in line with established financial procedures and reconciliation standardsAssist in developing and sourcing campaign content, including supporter stories and case studiesSkills RequiredYou will possess strong customer service skills with a supporter and stakeholder focus, and a demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional supporter and customer experience.
You are both adaptable and proactive, and have the following skills:Experience using CRM platforms, customer databases and digital systems to manage information and supporter interactionsUnderstanding of fundraising revenue streams, including regular giving, bequests and appealsProven data entry and data segmentation capabilities, especially with sensitive financial informationExperience in fundraising, customer service, office administration or a similar support-focused roleExcellent written and interpersonal communication skillsDesirable to have proficiency using SalesforceNGO Recruitment values equitable recruitment practices and is committed to representing candidates reflective of the diverse organisations and communities we work with.
