This position will report into the Estimating Manager.Key responsibilities of the role include:Complete production estimating from construction documentations.Process ETO's and invoicesObtain quotes from relevant suppliersAnalyse the construction plans and details to ascertain buildability of structuresComplete the supplier allocation considering pricing,



quality and ability to handle workloadPrepare margin reports and advise of variances and abnormalitiesIssue work orders to relevant trades and suppliersPrepare inventory items and assemblies in estimating packagesAbout You:Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within the residential construction industryTertiary/TAFE qualification in Building and Construction (desirable)Excellent time management and organisational skillsExceptional attention to detailTeam playerWhat's in it for you?
