A major Australian organisation is seeking two Automation Engineers for some large AI driven automation initiates.
The role will require you to work in the office 2 days a week.
Initially a 6 month contract with possible extension.
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on implementing and scaling intelligent automation, AI agents, CI/CD and release automation solutions directly within engineering squads.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or HarnessDesign, and implementation of AI-driven testing and automated release orchestration across digital technology platforms.Configure service connections, REST API integrations,



and secure credential managementConnect Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions with ServiceNowKey Skills / experience5+ years' hands-on experience across Automation Engineering, DevOps or Software engineeringStrong Azure DevOpsbackgroundCI/CD experience- particulaly with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Harness or similar toolsUnderstanding of AI / AI automationSoftware engineering experiencePython development experience- highly desirableExperience with ServiceNow Change Management- desirableExperience with pipelines, templates and automationAbility to understand and work with existing automation solutionsAbility to work across squads and technical teams
