An opportunity exists within our NSW Contracts Division for a Dispatch Officer.
You will receive full training and development across daily allocation and management of our vehicles.
Operating our Sydney Depot location in Kemps Creek we provide client focused transport services, complemented by industry leading technology.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Allocating work to contractors ensuring service parameters are consistently met




Effectively communicating with colleagues and sub-contractors
Ensuring that all written and verbal communication with clients, colleagues & sub-contractors is always qualified and courteous
Ensuring that client expectations are met in terms of time and quality in the delivery of our services
Being aware of OH&S; requirements and responsibilities, training will be provided
Inbound and outbound customer service/query calls.
Processing of client bookings via phone and email.
Immediate response to emails concerning delivery updates, proof of delivery requests or any other queries.
Providing assistance/ additional information as required to our sub-contractor drivers.
To be successful in this role you must demonstrate:
Strong work ethic
Sound knowledge of the Sydney metro area
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Calm and professional telephone manner
Data Entry Skills - Intermediate
Self-motivated and well disciplined
High attention to detail and genuine passion for providing superior customer service
Positive and proactive attitude
Reliable and punctual
No experience is required as this is a junior role, and full training will be provided to the right candidate.
