We are seeking experiencedCustomer Service Officersto join a fast-paced contact centre supporting a confidential organisation within the healthcare sector.

This temporary assignment will involve managing a high volume of registration-related enquiries from healthcare professionals.
It would suit experienced contact centre professionals as well ashealth graduateslooking to gain valuable experience in a professional, service-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to enquiries via phone, email and web channels in accordance with established guidelines
Assist healthcare professionals with registration-related enquiries
Accurately record customer interactions and update information within internal systems
Meet performance expectations relating to call handling, schedule adherence, productivity and quality
Escalate or refer complex enquiries to the appropriate team
Adapt your communication style to support customers from diverse backgrounds
Maintain strict confidentiality when managing sensitive information
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the contact centre
Participate in coaching, feedback and performance development activities
Information and Records Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within internal systems
Ensure documentation complies with relevant policies, procedures and legislative requirements
Manage electronic files in line with established records management standards
Complete data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
About You
To be successful, you will ideally have:
Previous experience in a contact centre or high-volume customer service environment
Strong verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, KPI-driven workplace
Excellent attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills
A professional, reliable and customer-focused approach
Confidence managing challenging or complex enquiries with empathy
Availability to commence on12 October ****
