Job Description
Watagan Dental in Cooranbong is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to run the front desk, manage bookings, payments and health fund claims, and ensure a seamless patient journey.
You will also coordinate our mobile health service visiting aged care facilities, and align reception across the Watagan Health Hub to provide one friendly voice.
You will welcome current patients, follow up on treatment bookings, run recalls, and seek feedback while posting on social media per plan.
