We are growing our welding team leaders.
We have all the support in place, and are looking for the right person to transition into supervision.
Our cages are delivered against TfNSW, TMR and Tier 1 project specifications, which require , approved procedures, visual inspection and records that stand up to audit.
Key responsibilities
On the tools and stepping in as the Welding Supervisor under AS/NZS ******, and Welding Inspector where the specification allows
Assessing and recording welder competence, and training delegates to cover shifts and sites
Visual inspection of locational and splice welds to AS/NZS ****** acceptance criteria
Supporting ACRS and ISO audits, TfNSW, TMR supplier registration, and client and engineer inspections
Raising and closing non-conformances with QA Engineers
About you
AS ****, AS **** Certificate 10, or IIW IWS / IWT / IWE — or the background to be certified




2+ years in fabrication of welding supervision experience
Solid working knowledge of the AS/NZS **** series
Ability to read drawings, specifications and weld symbols
The temperament to hold a line on quality under schedule pressure
Current unrestricted working rights

We run the fully automated pile cage machines and bespoke benches for technical work to deliver cages across to our clients, manufacture to AS/NZS ******:**** under ACRS accreditation, and hold ISO certification for quality and safety.
