Role Overview:
As a Solar Sales Consultant, you'll handle bothremote phone consultationsandin-home appointments.
Your primary focus will be understanding the customer's needs, educating them on solar energy solutions, and presenting tailored proposals that deliver real savings and value.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct phone and in-home consultations with leads provided to you
Understand customer energy usage and recommend appropriate solar solutions
Prepare and present quotes using our streamlined quoting tools
Follow up with potential clients to close sales and provide exceptional service




Maintain accurate CRM notes and stay aligned with daily sales activities
Stay informed on solar products, government rebates, and industry trends
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience insolar or home improvement salesis preferred
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and consultative skills
Results‐driven with a hunger to close deals and help customers
Comfortable working from home with the ability to attend local in-home visits
Tech‐savvy – familiar with CRMs, quoting platforms, and video calling tools
Own vehicle and driver's license required
