We're partnering with an enterprise organisation on an exciting transformation program involving the establishment ofthree new locations.
We're looking for a Business Process Analyst to helpstandardise and replicate business processesacross multiple campuses, creating a consistent structure that can be successfully adopted across new locations.
You'll work closely with business leaders, process owners and teams across different campuses to understand how things operate today, identify differences and inefficiencies, and design practical processes that can be replicated across the organisation.
This is a highly stakeholder-focused role where you'll help turn existing ways of working intorepeatable, scalable processes.
What You'll Do
Analyse and document current processes across multiple campuses and business units
Identify duplication, inefficiencies and opportunities to standardise
Design future-state processes that can be replicated across recent locations
Develop explicit process maps, workflows, procedures, roles and responsibilities
Facilitate workshops and process walkthroughs with business teams
Work with stakeholders to understand what works well and what needs to change
Help teams adopt new processes and ways of working
Support the transition of existing processes into new locations
Identify genuine local variations while maintaining overall consistency
Work with project, change and technology teams to support implementation
Monitor adoption and support continuous improvement
About You
We're looking for someone experienced inbusiness process analysis, process improvement or operational transformation.




You'll be able to get into the detail of how a business operates while also understanding how processes need to work consistently across multiple locations.
You'll bring:
Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst, Process Improvement Analyst, Business Improvement Specialist or similar
Strong experience analysing and documenting end-to-end processes
Experience designing and implementing future-state processes
Experience standardising processes across teams, sites or business units
Strong process mapping and documentation skills
Exceptional stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing skills
Ability to bring different teams together around consistent ways of working
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A practical, solutions-focused approach
Ability to work independently in a complex transformation environment
Experience withBPMN, Lean or Six Sigmawould be highly regarded.
Experience withineducation, technology, FinTech, MedTech or another complex or regulated environmentwould also be advantageous.
