About the Role
Building Future Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking an experiencedEngineering Managerto lead engineering operations and support technical and manufacturing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate engineering activities and projects.
Manage engineering resources, personnel and project requirements.
Review engineering designs, drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
Develop engineering solutions and improve manufacturing processes.
Monitor project timelines, quality, costs and technical standards.
Provide technical leadership and support to engineering and production teams.
Ensure compliance with relevant engineering,
safety and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders.
Identify technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Drive continuous improvement and engineering efficiency.
Skills & Experience
RelevantEngineering qualification.
Demonstrated experience in engineering management or a senior engineering role.
Strong project management and technical problem-solving skills.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments highly regarded.
Robust communication, leadership and organisational skills.
