Ritchie Brothers Auctioneers – Geelong VIC is seeking a Receptionist to deliver exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced office environment.
You will manage a high-volume telephone switchboard, respond to customer enquiries, and guide customers through our services before, during and after auctions.
The successful candidate will be friendly, patient, and able to learn new software, maintaining a highly skilled customer experience at all times.
