Ace Waste is a family-owned and operated company that specialises in the collection and disposal of medical, industrial and hazardous waste for clients in Australia and Recent Zealand.
Main Responsibilities
Process inbound sales leads, efficiently and promptly to maximise conversion and customer satisfaction
Qualify prospects and gather necessary information for the sales cycle
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams as needed to deliver accurate solutions
Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM
Follow up with leads to close sales and upsell where appropriate
Track and report on lead status and sales metricsProvide exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
Escalate complex deals to senior sales as required
What We're Looking For
Proven track record in Inside sales/ Customer Service
Experience handling inbound leads and converting them to opportunities
Strong phone and email communication skills
Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions
CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Basic knowledge of waste management industry is a plus
Self-motivated with a customer-centric mindset
Strong organisation, time management, and problem-solving skills
Team player who can collaborate across departments
Willingness to learn and adapt
Positive attitude and professional presentation
