We're looking forProduction / Packaging Operatorsto join our brand-new, state‐of‐the‐art food and beverage manufacturing facility in Melbourne's South‐East.
If you've got manufacturing experience, enjoy working with machinery and like being part of a team that keeps things moving, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
You'll be joining anew operation with plenty of opportunity to learn, grow and make your mark, while working alongside a team that takes pride in producing quality products safely and efficiently.

What will you be doing?
You'll be an significant part of the production team, helping turn quality products into finished goods ready for customers.
Your day will include:
Operating production and packaging machinery
Monitoring equipment and production processes
Keeping materials stocked and production moving
Assisting with product and packaging changeovers




Performing quality checks throughout production
Making basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
Packing and preparing finished products
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe production area
Completing production records and documentation
Following food safety, quality and WHS procedures
Working closely with the wider team to keep production on track
What are we looking for?
We're after someone who isreliable, switched-on and ready to get stuck in.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience inproduction, manufacturing, FMCG, food & beverage or packaging
Experience operating production or packaging machinery
Good mechanical aptitude
Strong attention to detail
A positive, reliable and hardworking attitude
A strong focus on safety and quality
The ability to follow procedures and production requirements
The ability to work well as part of a team
A willingness to learn and grow
Acurrent LF Forklift Licenceand relevant manufacturing qualifications will be highly regarded.
