How you will be supported:
The company offers the largest clinical education/mentoring program in NSW!
For all staff, there is a structured induction program so you feel fully settled in your new role with a very gradual increase in clients.
Supervision is weekly or fortnightly (depending on your experience) with a Senior Occupational Therapist.
The company holds in-services throughout the calendar year and has famous external speakers discussing different topics.
If you are a New Graduate interested in this role, the company has a structured New Graduate program that is industry-leading!
What you will be doing:
Working environments include: clinic-based, school-based or a mix of the two depending on your preference!
Services include: social skills, fine and gross motor skills, handwriting,



self-care plus much more!
With therapy in schools, you will be based in the school for the whole day therefore reducing travel and building long-lasting relationships
School-based therapy can include group sessions, 1:1 therapy, teacher education and more

Why this role:Earn between $80,000 - $112,000 + Super, depending on your experience

What you will need:Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
Full AHPRA registration
Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
Drivers license and own vehicle
