The focus is household management —staying one step ahead, creating practical systems and taking ownership, day-to-day organisation of our home.
Key responsibilities
Weekly meal planning, grocery shopping and healthy family meal preparation
Keeping the pantry, fridge and freezer organised and stocked
Laundry, linen, wardrobes and ensuring school and sports uniforms and gear are ready to go
Managing family rosters, routines, school, sport and extracurricular schedules
Organising household supplies, cupboards and storage
Coordinating household and property maintenance — arranging trades and services, obtaining quotes where required, booking appointments and being available for access
Keeping track of routine and upcoming maintenance so jobs are organised before they become a problem
Day-to-day tidying and keeping the home organised
Helping with breakfast and the morning routine from around7:00am
Meeting the boys at the bus stop around3:30pm when required
Occasional school/activity transport and household errands




We're looking for someone who will genuinelytake ownership of running the household.
If something needs repairing, servicing, restocking, booking or organising, we'd like you to be comfortable taking the initiative to work out what needs to happen and see it through — rather than waiting for a daily list of tasks.
About you
We're looking for someone who is naturally organised, reliable, trustworthy and proactive.
You'll enjoy planning ahead, creating order, working independently and taking genuine ownership of what needs to be done.
Experience in household management, skilled organising, administration, executive assistance or a similar role would be highly regarded, butstrong life experience, initiative and the right personality are equally important to us.
You will also need:
A current driver's licence and safe driving record
A currentNSW Working with Children Check (WWCC), or willingness to obtain one
Willingness to undertake aNational Police Check
Confidence preparing healthy family meals
The ability to work independently, use initiative and manage competing priorities
Strong communication skills and a high level of discretion
Experience with neurodiverse children or families is welcomed but not essential.
