Job Description
Kinetic IT, Melbourne, VIC, is seeking a Service Desk Technician who will be the first point of contact for users seeking IT support, helping to resolve technical issues and ensuring a positive customer experience.
The role mostly follows a Monday to Friday roster, with a 4-on 4-off shift rotation for up to two one-month periods each year to support operations; you will handle tickets, troubleshoot hardware, software and applications, escalate when needed, and contribute to service improvements.
