journals and balance sheet integritySupport external audits and regulatory compliance requirementsFinance Operations & ControlsOversee Accounts Payable and financial accounting functionsReview financial processes and identify opportunities for improvementStrengthen internal controls and financial governance frameworksEnsure accuracy and integrity across financial systems and reportingSupport aged care and community services funding reconciliation and reportingPartner with operational teams to optimise billing and revenue processesMonitor working capital, cash flow and collection initiativesIdentify and address potential revenue leakage opportunitiesLead, mentor and develop finance team membersDrive automation and system enhancement initiativesPartner with senior leaders to support strategic and operational decision-makingImprove efficiency, reporting capability and financial performance across the businessAbout YouYou'll be a commercially minded finance skilled who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, leading teams and driving improvements.To be successful, you'll bring:CPA or CA qualificationProven experience as a Finance Manager or senior accounting leaderStrong technical accounting and financial reporting expertiseExperience managing Accounts Payable and finance operations teamsAdvanced financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting skillsStrong knowledge of internal controls, governance and complianceExperience leading process improvement and systems projectsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHighly Desirable ExperienceExperience within Aged Care, Home Care, Healthcare, Disability or Community Services environments, including:Home Care Packages (HCP)AN-ACC fundingGovernment claiming and funding reconciliationRevenue and billing processesSystems ExperienceExperience with one or more of the following:NetSuiteMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Business CentralTechnologyOneXeroMYOBAged care platforms such as AlayaCare, Carelink, FlowLogic, Cloud Aged Care or similarJoin a Team That Makes a DifferenceIf you're looking for a leadership role where you can combine technical expertise, commercial thinking and purpose-driven work, we'd love to hear from you.
