You'll be expected to understand your market, identify where the opportunities are and proactively develop the relationships that can drive further territory growth.You can expect to:Proactively managing and developing existing customer accountsIdentifying opportunities to increase revenue within established relationshipsBuilding new relationships with wholesalers, contractors,



end users and prospectsManaging your sales pipeline from initial opportunity through to order placementResponding to quotation requests and following opportunities throughWorking closely with the State Manager on market opportunities and future product developmentABOUT YOUYou're an experienced sales or account management professional who understands that strong territory performance comes from a combination of relationships, activity and commercial follow-through.You'll be someone who can build credibility quickly and turn relationships into long-term commercial growth.You'll bring:Demonstrated B2B sales, business development or account management experienceA proven track record of developing long-term customer relationships and achieving sales targetsLighting industry or electrical wholesale experience will be highly regardedStrong commercial instincts and the ability to identify opportunities within existing and prospective accountsStrong customer focus and relationship management capabilityTHE COMPANYYou will be joining a well-established, global lighting business with more than 40 years of industry experience and a robust presence across Australia and international markets.Known for quality LED solutions and first-class customer service, the business combines the stability of an established global operation with an ambitious, fast-paced and customer-focused culture.
