Program Technical Lead6 Month Contract (Daily Rate) | Melbourne CBD | Hybrid - 3 Days On-SiteThis is a hands-on integration lead role, (not a project management role), on a newly funded, multi-year program for a large, complex Australian organisation.
You'll be architecting and building integrations from day one, with the role growing into leading a small integration team over your first six months.What you'll be doingDesign and build complex, secure integrated solutions, with Mulesoft and Workday/HRIS integration work at the coreGet hands-on with design, development and problem-solving to keep delivery movingOwn the technical delivery plan, defining scope, sequencing, milestones and dependenciesLead cross-functional technical teams (including vendor teams) from solution design through to releaseSet and enforce technical standards and quality across delivery teamsPlan and oversee non-production environment setup, cutover planning and go-live readinessBuild and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, translating technical concepts for non-technical audiencesDevelop post-launch support and transition plans,
