is comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity, and can build trusted relationships across a diverse stakeholder group.The OpportunityYou will provide practical, risk-focused legal advice across a varied portfolio, including:Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, including software, technology, IT procurement, outsourcing, supply and market-related contracts.Supporting corporate and commercial projects involving data, privacy, intellectual property and artificial intelligence.Advising on financial services, regulatory and governance matters.Advising management on legal risk, governance and reporting.About YouYou will be a commercially astute lawyer with:6–10 years' post-admission experience gained in leading private practice and/or in-house, with in-house experience preferred.Robust experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.A self-starting, collaborative approach and confidence working directly with senior stakeholders.Excellent judgement, communication skills and the ability to prioritise across a broad workload.If you are an experienced commercial lawyer seeking a challenging in-house role with genuine breadth and senior stakeholder exposure, we would welcome your application.Jenny Della Picca - ***email_hidden*** - ******** ***Rachael Duggan - ****** - ******** ***
