We are looking for passionate and experienced Sessional Trainers with a background in disability services to inspire and upskill the next generation of care professionals.As a trainer, you'll bring your real-world experience into the classroom, helping learners build confidence, capability, and a genuine connection to the work they do.You'll join Activ Pathways, one of genU's two Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).

In this role, you will:Deliver CHC***** Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)Facilitate engaging training across face-to-face and online environmentsSupport learners from diverse backgrounds, including current entrants and experienced support workersBring industry insights into your sessions to create practical,



job-ready learningCollaborate with internal teams to enhance training quality and learner experienceWhat you'll bringTAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) - essentialRelevant qualification in individual support or disabilityStrong, current experience in the disability sectorConfident facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learnersExperience delivering training both in-person and online(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)Why you'll love working at genUAt genU, our differences make us stronger.
