This role would suit existing credit analysts seeking to expand their responsibilities in a true entrepreneurial way.




Specifically the duties will include:Maintaining valuable customer service with clientsConduct clients' financials credit analysisPreparation of lending application documents with credit proposals for submission and reporting to the Credit Committee / Head OfficeEnsuring risk is mitigated in compliance with prudential standards and falls within bank policy and guidelinesPreparing loan facility documents and relevant security documentationLiaise with valuers/solicitorsPreparing loan status reports to monthly Credit CommitteeMonitoring and following up of credit exposure excesses & arrearsAdministrating and monitoring of each loan accountMaintaining credit policy and proceduresDebtor follow upPreparing monthly report to Head Office or APRAYour experience and knowledge:Language skill - Proficiency inMandarinBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldGood interpersonal, analytical & communication skillsStrong analytical skillsHigh problem solving skills
