Our campaigns are evidence-based and results-focused, built on our decades of experience in political and corporate campaigns.Position SummarySenior Consultants independently manage defined campaigns workstreams and produce client-ready outputs with minimal supervision.
They take an active role in mentoring junior staff, contribute to proposals and pitches,



and develop their client relationship and project management capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with project leads across a variety of different projectsMentoring junior team membersResearching and analysing information for projectsAnalysing data to identify trends and actionable insights, with the ability to disseminate findings clearly and succinctlyDrafting reports for review by project leadsDrafting and creating presentations for both internal and external clientsContributing to developing proposals, presentations, and client pitches for recent and existing clientsIdentifying opportunities to expand current scopes of work, including cross-practice referralsTaking an active role in client pitches and presentationsUnderstanding the scope of work required for projects, contacting suppliers, and conducting feasibility assessments with support from managersAnticipating and communicating project risks and opportunities, actively seeking solutions and raising these as appropriate to the relevant project leadDeveloping a thorough understanding of the CT Way Methodology and applying it with growing independenceEnsuring timely responses are provided to clients and understanding and managing client expectationsSkillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)
