Join us to manage and optimise IT landscapes for leading organisations, delivering seamless, reliable, and measurable outcomes every day.About the RoleNRI is seeking an experienced SAP Basis & Security Consultant to support business-critical SAP environments within our Managed Services Enterprise Applications team.You'll be responsible for the administration, maintenance, security and optimisation of SAP ECC environments, ensuring platform availability, performance and stability.PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must be eligible to get Security Clearance therefore we can only accept Australian Citizens.What You'll DoAdminister, support and maintain SAP ECC environmentsMonitor SAP systems and resolve incidents in line with customer SLAsManage SAP transports across development, test and productionPerform SAP Basis administration, user administration and security managementManage roles, authorisations and accessPerform system monitoring and performance tuningSupport SAP patching, upgrades, refreshes and maintenanceParticipate in deployments,



releases and change activitiesMaintain operational documentation and technical standardsParticipate in a 24x7 on-call support roster for critical environmentsWhat We're Looking For3+ years' SAP Basis administration/security experienceStrong experience supporting SAP ECC production environmentsStrong Basis skills across system monitoring, performance tuning, transport management and client administrationSAP Security experience including users, roles, authorisations and access governance Experience troubleshooting business-critical SAP platform incidentsSAP patching, upgrades, refreshes and maintenance experienceWorking knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, Change and Release ManagementWillingness to participate in a 24x7 on-call rosterStrong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving capabilityExposure to SAP HANA, Solution Manager, cloud-hosted SAP environments, security audits and SoD controls would be advantageous.Culture and BenefitsYour skills.
