Project Manager – Construction | 12-Month+ Contract (Likely Extension)We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to work data centre projects in Victoria on an initial 12-month contract, with strong potential for extension.
This role offers the opportunity to lead the delivery of complex construction works within a dynamic and team-oriented environment.The RoleReporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of allocated projects, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and time objectives are met.
You will lead project teams, subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and driving continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage project plans, budgets, resources, and schedulesOversee delivery teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient performanceMonitor project progress, provide accurate reporting, and ensure timely project closureManage financial performance including forecasting, budgeting, and cost controlEnsure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirementsBuild and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, contractors,
