Senior Recruitment Account Manager-Labour HireAs Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships while identifying opportunities to increase revenue, strengthen partnerships and deliver outstanding service.
You will be dealing directly with senior stakeholders across major transport and supply chain businesses, so this role requires someone who is commercially sharp, confident, highly organised and exceptional with people.Key responsibilitiesManage and develop a portfolio of key transport and logistics clientsBuild strong, long-term relationships with key decision makers and stakeholdersIdentify and convert opportunities for account growth and new businessDrive client retention, satisfaction and revenue growthUnderstand client workforce requirements and provide commercially effective solutionsWork closely with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure exceptional service deliveryConduct regular client meetings, reviews and site visitsProactively identify issues and opportunities before they become problemsMaintain accurate account information, reporting and CRM recordsNegotiate confidently and commercially with clientsAbout youA minimum of 3 years' Account Management experience within Labour Hire/Recruitment, preferably within transport, logistics, supply chain or a closely related industryA demonstrated track record in sales,
