Civil Design Engineer – 12D | Land Development – Greenfield & Industrial SubdivisionsOne of my key land development engineering clients in Melbourne is looking to appoint an Intermediate/Senior Civil Design Engineer with strong 12D experience to join their team.The business has a strong pipeline of work across both greenfield residential and industrial subdivisions throughout Victoria.
They are ideally looking for an engineer with 4–8 years' experience, strong 12D capability, and a solid technical background delivering land development projects in Victoria.This is a smaller, highly capable team where culture and team fit are genuinely important.
They are looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively but is also comfortable taking ownership of their own design work.Ideally,
you will have:Solid experience within the Victorian land development sectorMRWA accreditation or currently working towards accreditationHigh-level proficiency in 12D ModelExperience across roads, drainage, earthworks and subdivision infrastructureGood knowledge of Victorian council and water authority requirementsA Civil Engineering degree or relevant technical qualificationThe ability to independently deliver design packages while working collaboratively within a broader project teamThis position could be a great fit if you're looking to join a smaller but highly capable consultancy, where you'll have the opportunity to get greater exposure to the full design and project delivery process rather than being limited to one component of a project.
