Dine on the culinary offerings of world-class chefs - live seafood, wood-fired grill & more.A few of your responsibilities:Assist the Restaurant Executive Chef to manage the effectiveness of guest service, team members performance and development and service enhancementsOversee both Asian & Western stations by supervising and leading by exampleTrain and coach Commis and Demi Chefs,



and guide employees to perform kitchen operationsEnsure outlets comply with HACCP standards by conducting daily monitoring and walkthroughs of the back of houseReview stocktake daily and ensure appropriate orders have been made and stock receivedWhat we are looking for:Solid Chef de Partie/Jr Sous Chef experience and relevant tertiary qualifications, such as Certificate IV in Commercial CookeryExperience working in a busy, rapid-paced kitchen environmentStrong understanding of produce, culinary techniques, and kitchen equipmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to commit to 40 hours per week working varied shifts, including weekends and holidaysAbout you:As a dedicated and passionate sous chef, you bring a strong foundation of culinary expertise, leadership, and creativity to every kitchen you work in.
