This is a fantastic opportunity for a safety qualified in the 3–7 year experience range who wants genuine flexibility without stepping back from meaningful project work.
This role offers a mix of office-based work from the northern suburbs and regular site visits to projects out near the airport.
A company vehicle is provided for site travel.
Our client is genuinely open to a 4-day week (pro rata) or full-time hours — whatever suits your circumstances best.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day HSE advice and support across office and site environmentsConduct site inspections,
audits and risk assessmentsSupport incident investigations and corrective action processesReview and monitor compliance with SWMS and safety documentationAssist with inductions, toolbox talks and safety training deliveryMaintain compliance records and support continuous improvement initiativesAbout You3–7 years' experience in a WHS/HSE Advisor roleCertificate IV or Diploma in WHS, or equivalent qualificationSolid understanding of WHS legislation, codes of practice and risk management principlesComfortable working across both office and site-based environmentsCurrent Driver's LicenceStrong communication skills and a practical, proactive approach to safetyWhat's on OfferUp to $120k + superCompany vehicle provided for site visitsGenuine flexibility - full-time or 4-day week (pro rata) availableMix of office and site-based workSupportive team environment with room to grow
