Their strong customer feedback reflects the standards they hold across their projects, trades and client relationships.We are looking for a Site Supervisor who knows how to run a site, coordinate trades, maintain programme and quality, and take genuine ownership of the build from start to finish.The Opportunity:Reporting across a portfolio of residential projects, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of high-quality homes, ensuring projects are well organised, safely managed and delivered to the standard Trentwood is known for.You'll work closely with trades, suppliers, clients and the internal team, taking ownership of the construction process and proactively managing issues before they become problems.Your responsibilities will include:Supervising and coordinating day-to-day site operationsManaging trades, subcontractors and suppliersCoordinating construction schedules and project milestonesMaintaining high standards of workmanship, quality and presentationManaging site safety and compliance requirementsReading and interpreting plans, specifications and construction detailsIdentifying and resolving site issues proactivelyCommunicating effectively with clients, trades and internal stakeholdersCoordinating multiple stages of construction across projectsMaintaining clean,



organised and professional sitesTaking ownership of project delivery from commencement through to handoverAbout You:Proven site supervision experience is essential for this appointment.We're particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Manager, Foreman or similarStrong knowledge of residential construction and the ability to independently run a siteA carpentry background is preferred, but not essentialExperience delivering high-end custom or architecturally designed homes is highly desirableStrong understanding of construction sequencing, trades and residential building processesExcellent organisational and time-management skillsThe ability to coordinate multiple trades and keep projects movingStrong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients and subcontractorsA proactive approach to problem solvingHigh attention to detail and a genuine commitment to qualityA current driver's licenceA White CardPride in your work and the ability to take ownership of your projectsWe are open to candidates coming from a project-building background.
