Experis is partnering with a leading organisation to secure an experienced Web Publisher to join a central marketing team supporting one of the institution's key web platforms.This is an urgent backfill chance supporting a busy business-as-usual function responsible for maintaining course and study-related content across a large, enterprise-scale website.About the RoleWorking within a team of five, you will be responsible for publishing, updating and maintaining content across the business website and course database system.
You'll manage requests from stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring content is accurate, accessible and delivered within agreed timeframes.You'll work closely with another Web Publisher while supporting a broad range of faculties and business areas.Key responsibilities include:Creating and updating web pages using an enterprise CMSMaintaining course database content and associated website informationManaging content requests and updates from stakeholders across the UniversityTracking work and providing progress updates through AsanaEnsuring content is published accurately and in line with established templates and standardsSupporting ongoing maintenance and improvement of a large, complex websiteAbout YouYou will bring:Around 3+ years' experience in a Web Publisher, Web Content Editor, Web Content Coordinator or similar roleStrong experience using a Content Management System (CMS)Experience maintaining content on large,



enterprise-level websitesExcellent written communication skills and attention to detailStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience managing multiple requests and competing prioritiesExperience working within a large and complex organisationHigher Education, Government or large corporate environmentsAsana, Jira or similar workflow management toolsThis is not a developer role.You will not be configuring CMS platforms or undertaking technical development work.
