Site Supervisor - Multi-Residential TownhousesOnelife Property Group Pty Ltd - Maroochydore QLDAs Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of multi-residential townhouse projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, to a high standard and in accordance with programme.
This is an opportunity to join a hands-on, locally based business where decisions are made quickly, quality matters, and you will work closely with the directors and construction team.Key responsibilitiesManaging all site activities from commencement through to practical completion and handoverCoordinating and supervising subcontractors, trades and suppliersDriving the construction programme and maintaining project momentumEnsuring workmanship meets company standards, approved documentation and relevant building requirementsManaging site safety, housekeeping and complianceConducting quality inspections and managing defects throughout constructionCoordinating deliveries, materials and site logisticsLiaising closely with project management, estimating, consultants and company directorsIdentifying and resolving construction issues before they impact programme or qualityMaintaining accurate site records and reporting on project progressAbout youProven experience supervising townhouse,
