Boddington is a flagship Newmont gold and copper operation in Western Australia, located about 130 kilometres south-east of Perth and 16 kilometres from the rural town of Boddington.

Working within a large processing environment, you'll play a key role in equipment reliability, plant availability, and continuous improvement - directly contributing to secure production outcomes.As part of our team you willMonitor, repair, and maintain equipment across a large fixed-plant processing environmentComplete preventative maintenance inspections across all plant areasPerform mechanical maintenance activities within:Ball MillingScreeningFloatationFilteringReagentsCarbon in Leach (CIL) CircuitCarbon RegenerationElutionWater servicesOperate plant equipment including EWP, forklift, overhead crane, dogging, basic riggingWork collaboratively with operations and maintenance teams to support safe milling targetsEnsure all work is completed in line with safety, environmental, and statutory requirementsUse CMMS systems (SAP preferred) to record maintenance activities and support planningPrerequisites for your success in the roleMechanical Fitting or Fabrication Trade Certificate with strong mechanical aptitudeMinimum 2 years' maintenance experience in a large process plant environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to work effectively within a teamBasic computer literacyExposure to CMMS systems (SAP preferred)Sound knowledge of mining safety and environmental regulationsHigh Risk Licences (forklift, EWP,
