We're looking for an Account Manager to join a high-performing team in Sydney, working with high-value clients on one of Australia's leading online platforms for trades and home services.In this role, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of tradie businesses, helping them maximise their marketing campaigns, improve ROI, and scale their businesses through the platform.This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, analysing campaign performance, and driving growth through smart, solution-focused conversations.What you'll be doingManaging a portfolio of tradie clients, focusing on growth, engagement, and retentionProviding strategic advice to help clients maximise campaign performance and ROIEducating customers on best practices for online marketing and lead generationRunning onboarding calls for new clients and helping them get the most from their campaignsHandling inbound client enquiries and building strong ongoing relationshipsExecuting outbound campaigns to upgrade clients into higher-tier product plansMonitoring campaign performance and providing data-driven recommendationsSupporting retention efforts,
