You'll operate extrusion equipment, monitor product quality and help keep production running safely and efficiently.
Cable industry experience is welcome, but not essential.If you understand extrusion processes and enjoy hands-on manufacturing work, we'll provide the training needed to learn our products and equipment.What You'll Be DoingSet up and operate extrusion production linesMonitor product quality and perform in-process testingFollow job cards, production schedules and specificationsTroubleshoot issues and keep production running safelySupport cable winding, drum changes and material movementMaintain a clean,



safe and organised work areaWhat We're Looking ForExperience operating extrusion machinery or similar manufacturing equipmentStrong focus on safety, quality and attention to detailAbility to follow production instructions and specificationsComfortable working with measurements and basic calculationsReliable, team-oriented and willing to learnForklift licence essentialAre available to work continental shift patterns (week one - 3x 12 hour day shifts, week two - 3x 12 hour night shifts, week three - 2x12 hour day shift plus 2x 12 hour night shifts)Most importantly, you're someone who takes pride in producing quality work and enjoys being part of a team that gets the job done.Why Join AFLAFL is a global leader in fibre optic products and services.
