The Business Process Solutions Analytics team within the Technology and Enterprise Solutions organization is actively searching for a highly motivated Research Analyst to join the team.
This position provides analytical support and insights to Enterprise Business Process Solutions, by providing expertise in research, analytics, proposals, and will contribute to knowledge management and development.The candidate will leverage both internal and external resources including their own experience, ideally from the BPO or IT sector, and will be directly responsible for working independently with our Category Strategists and Business Stakeholders, as well as collecting, validating, analyzing, and generating reporting on data from our Strategic Business Partners.You will play a vital role in framing and answering operational and strategic questions for senior management and executive leadership.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced analytical abilities and will work collaboratively, independently, and manage projects of varying complexity.Responsibilities:Perform analysis and provide recommendations that influence Enterprise Business Process Solutions strategies and goalsPresent analysis in an understandable and concise manner to effectively influence stakeholders (Providing synthesis and packaging of results (e.g. Data Analysis, creating charts and visuals based on data, Client Ready Power Point Presentations)Use qualitative and quantitative research methods to collect information on IT/BPO industry trends, strategies, competitors and consolidate information into actionable items,



reports and presentationsLead project workstreams and manage projects of varying complexitySynthesize and validate large and complex datasets from diverse sources to deliver analytically sound insights that answer simple or complex questionsDevelop and produce dashboards to support the assessment and monitoring of operational and spend metrics with minimal guidanceContinually assess the business value and efficiency of tools, processes, and data sources, making suggestions for improvements and collaborating with others for implementationDesign and Analyze Stakeholder Surveys - Understand business objectives and design questionnaires/surveys to discover prospective preferences of Business Stakeholders.
Analyze the outcome of the surveys and present the findings in easy-to-understand wayAssist in maintaining and improving the current reporting infrastructureMaintain close working relationships with data providers and aligned business partnersFoster the development of teammates by sharing expertise and experience through training or peer reviewsQualification:Bachelor's DegreeUp to 3 years of experience in Analytics/Advisory/Consulting, exposure to IT or BPO services would be valuedProficient in Excel, Power BI and PowerPointExperience of drawing up IT/BPO related analysis and insights (e.g. analyzing rates, benchmarks, FTEs etc.) preferredKnowledgeable in data query languages and tools (e.g. SQL, Snowflake, Python, Databricks) preferredDisplays robust research, problem-solving, analytical, critical thinking, influencing, relationship management, and presentation skillsStrong business operations knowledge to include understanding the function's value chain and market conditionsSolid project management skills as part of implementing business process changesKnowledge of data sources, tools, statistical principles, methodologies, and techniquesKnowledge of available data sources, strengths and shortcomingsFamiliarity with, or strong interest in, applying AI/GenAI tools and intelligent automation to analytical work
