Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the core purpose of this vital role is to assist in the day-to-day requirements of a Maintenance Fitter for Clermont Open Cut.As a Maintenance Fitter at Clermont Open Cut your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Reliability focused mindsetWillingness to work and contribute in a team environmentWork unsupervised in breakdown conditionsFollow protected work practicesMaintain a high level of attention to detail and housekeeping standardsYou will possess the following skillset and attributes:Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical TradeMinimum 2 years' experience in large mining operationQLD Drivers LicenceThis role requires a safety conscious candidate prepared to challenge the norm, drive continuous improvement and who can demonstrate experience in implementing best practice using a hands-on approach.What we offer:$15,000 Trade Allowance per yearHighly competitive remuneration package including roster allowance and annual short-term incentive bonus7/7 Rotating Dayshift/NightshiftRoster FIFO – Fully fundedCompany Charter flights from Brisbane or Sunshine Coast DIDO or Residential options available (with an added location allowance of $6,000 per year)Professional development,
