Our service delivery, candidate experience and relationship management with Operations are our main priorities.As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you'll play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent across a broad range of positions.
You will manage high-volume recruitment campaigns while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver outstanding recruitment outcomes.The portfolio is wide-ranging and dynamic, with recruitment needs spanning:Chefs and hospitality professionalsTransport and logistics personnelBlue-collar operational rolesWhite-collar corporate and professional positionsNo two days are the same, and success in this role requires someone who can confidently shift between portfolios,



priorities and workforce demands while maintaining a high standard of candidate and stakeholder experience.Supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns and workforce mobilisation activitiesBuilding strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholdersSourcing, screening and assessing candidates across a variety of roles and skill levelsCoordinating interviews, offers, onboarding and pre-employment requirementsProviding market insights and recruitment advice to business leadersMaintaining recruitment systems and ensuring data accuracyDriving a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journeyContributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition functionYou'll bring:Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Agency RecruitmentThe ability to adapt quickly across different portfolios, industries and role typesStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsExcellent organisational and time management abilitiesA proactive, solutions-focused mindsetStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience recruiting for blue-collar, frontline or operational roles will be highly regardedPlease note, we are not accepting applications from recruitment agencies
