The business has a growing pipeline and offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced construction professionals.You won't be expected to know everything from day one.
You'll receive one-on-one training and mentoring, gaining practical exposure across the commercial and contractual side of projects while gradually taking on more responsibility.The Role Working alongside an experienced senior team member, you'll gain exposure to:Construction contract administrationProcurement and subcontractor engagementPreparing subcontractor packages and scopes of workObtaining and comparing quotationsPurchase orders and subcontract agreementsProgress claims and variationsCost tracking and project reportingMaintaining project and contract documentationLiaising with subcontractors, suppliers,
