We are seeking an experienced Senior BIM Drafting Team Leader to join our growing organisation and play a key role in the successful delivery of major building services projects.This position is responsible for leading a team of BIM professionals while ensuring the efficient production, coordination, and delivery of high-quality mechanical services models and documentation.
You will work closely with project managers, engineers, site teams, and clients to support project outcomes from design through to construction.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and technical guidance to a team of BIM Coordinators and DraftersOversee project resource planning and workload distribution across multiple projectsManage BIM deliverables, model development, and drawing production activitiesDrive project coordination and clash resolution processesEnsure project models and documentation comply with company standards and client requirementsConduct quality reviews of models, drawings, and project deliverablesSupport the development and implementation of BIM standards and workflowsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectivesMonitor project progress and assist in meeting key delivery milestonesMentor junior team members and support their professional developmentAbout YouMinimum 5-10 years' experience in Mechanical Services BIM and DraftingProven experience leading or supervising BIM, VDC,
