This is an prospect to combine your legal, financial, and stakeholder management expertise in a purpose-driven environment where every decision you make can positively change a person's life.About the roleAs a Senior Consultant, Legal Support, you will manage a portfolio of clients who no longer have capacity to manage their own affairs and require support with complex, sensitive, or legal matters.
You will play a critical role in protecting clients' financial interests and legal rights while navigating challenging circumstances with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgement.You will manage and resolve matters including:Financial elder abuse investigationsTAC and TFM claimsFamily law mattersProperty disputesComplex financial and business affairsVCAT applications and hearingsAsset protection and recovery mattersSkills and ExperienceExtensive experience in the legal industry or disability sector.Ability to prepare commercial standard correspondence,
