Behind every order is a fast-paced production environment powered by a team who care about quality, teamwork and delivering a great customer experience.The RoleThis is a hands-on role whereyou'llsupport Team Leaders and help coordinate daily production activity.You'llplay a key role in ensuring production targets are met whilemaintainingstrong quality standards and supporting the development of the production team.Key responsibilities include:Supporting Team Leaders to achieve production targets andmaintainservice level agreementsLeading toolbox meetings and supporting daily production coordinationWorking withthe scheduling team to align onrostersand escalation whererequiredCoordinating with the warehouse team to manage stock availabilityMonitoring operational reports and data toidentifyrisks or improvement opportunitiesConducting monthly 1:1meetingswith Team Leaders to support developmentSupporting performance conversations and coaching whererequiredMaintaining strong quality standards and reducing internal defect ratesEscalating major operational challenges to the Production Manager whenrequiredYou'llalso collaborate across the business with teams including Customer Service, Warehouse, OHS and Production Trainers to support smooth operations.About YouYou'resone who enjoys being on the floor, solving problems and supporting people to perform at their best.You'llbring:Previousexperience supervising or leading teams in a manufacturing or production environmentExperience working in manufacturing or print production environmentsFamiliarity with production management systems and operational reportingUnderstanding of quality control and root cause analysisExperience working with production machinery or process linesYou'llalso have the leadership skills needed to support front-line teams, including:Strong communicationand interpersonal skillsThe ability to stay calm under pressure in a rapid-paced environmentCritical thinking and practical problem solvingEmotional intelligence when working with teamsWhy Join Prima PMI?
