You're comfortable managing projects from initial concept through to construction and have the confidence to run multiple high-end residential sites concurrently.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver exceptional, bespoke residential gardens.Interpret complex briefs and develop innovative, site-specific design solutions.Conduct regular site visits and lead coordination with specialist contractors.Liaise directly with high-net-worth clients, managing expectations and presentations.Skills,
Experience & Requirements2–4 years of post-graduate experience within a similar design-focused practice.Proficiency in Vectorworks (preferred) or AutoCAD.Proven track record preparing landscape concept plans, DA / CC / CDC sets, and detailed construction documentation.Strong understanding of NSW council development processes and current legislation.Solid knowledge of Australian horticulture and planting design.Experience managing end-to-end projects within the high-end residential sector.Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.ImpactDirect involvement in the growth and direction of an emerging studio.MentorshipClose working relationship with the Principal/Founders.LocationModern, boutique studio space in the heart of Surry Hills.PortfolioExposure to high-end, tier-one residential projects.Equal Opportunities Employer.
