Bolton Clarke Residential group now has 87 Aged Care Homes across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA, with the inclusion of the Allity, McKenzie & Acacia Living Group.We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead the national sales, admissions and occupancy function for our Residential Aged Care portfolio.
Reporting to the National Director of Operations, this role is responsible for developing and executing national occupancy and admissions strategies, leading state-based teams, optimising accommodation revenue and driving a customer-centred admissions experience across the business.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and execute a national sales and occupancy strategy aligned to business objectivesDrive occupancy, admissions, accommodation revenue and HELF performance across the portfolioLead, coach and develop State Occupancy Managers and admissions teams nationallyMonitor pipeline, conversion, vacancy and occupancy performance, identifying opportunities for improvementPartner with operational leaders to deliver sustainable occupancy and commercial outcomesBuild strategic referral relationships with hospitals, health professionals and community partnersCollaborate with Marketing and Customer Experience teams on lead generation and customer acquisition initiativesLead continuous improvement across the customer admissions journeyStrengthen reporting, forecasting and performance management frameworksOversee CRM, admissions systems and data governance to support business performance and customer outcomesInfluence senior stakeholders across operations, finance, customer experience and support functionsAbout youYou are an accomplished sales and commercial leader with experience leading large-scale, multi-site service operations.
