About the role
As the GIS & Spatial Systems Specialist, youwill lead the development,



support and continuous improvement of Council's GIS,3D visualisation and spatial technology platforms.
Working closely withstakeholders across the organisation, you will deliver innovative spatialsolutions, provide expert advice and ensure the effective use of spatial dataand technology to support strategic planning, service delivery and informeddecision-making.
Apply your technical expertise, business analysisand stakeholder engagement skills to drive innovation and deliver meaningfuloutcomes for the organisation and community.
Skills and experience
Tertiary qualification in Geospatial Science, GeomaticEngineering, Land Information or related discipline.
Demonstrated experience managing and supporting GISenvironments, including ESRI technologies and 3D visualisation/modellingsolutions.
Technical experience in using the following products:Weave; NearMap; TerraExplorer; ArcGIS/ArcMap/ArcGIS Server/ArcPad/ArcGISOnline; ERDAS Apollo; Lumion
Knowledge and experience in the asset management industry.
Well-developedstakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to providespecialist advice and build productive relationships across a diverse range ofaudiences.
Demonstratedability to manage competing priorities,



work collaboratively, and contribute tostrategic projects and organisational outcomes.
