About Enoggera Health Centre
Enoggera Health Centre is located within Gallipoli Barracks, the largest military base in South Queensland and home to approximately 8,000 Defence personnel.
As the primary health facility supporting Gallipoli Barracks and surrounding Defence establishments, the centre delivers a broad range of services including primary healthcare, nursing, physiotherapy, mental health, dental, pharmacy and specialist outpatient services.
You will work within a modern, collaborative healthcare environment where the focus is on providing high-quality care to a generally healthy and active patient population.




This role is Part Time – Monday and Tuesday only
This position offers a consistent two-day-per-week roster within standard business hours, making it ideal for Nurse Practitioners seeking flexibility, work-life balance, or a complementary role alongside other clinical commitments.
What you'll do
Conduct advanced clinical assessments and develop management plans
Diagnose, treat and monitor a broad range of acute and chronic health conditions
Prescribe medications and administer immunisations within scope of practice
Request and interpret diagnostic investigations
Refer patients to specialists and allied health providers as required
Respond to urgent and emergency presentations when necessary
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and work within Defence clinical governance frameworks
What you bring
Unrestricted endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA
Minimum two
years' experience practising as a Nurse Practitioner
Experience in primary healthcare, emergency, urgent care, Defence or acute care settings highly regarded
Current CPR (HLTAID009) certification
Solid clinical reasoning, communication and patient management skills
Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
Australian Citizenship
(required to obtain a Defence Baseline Security Clearance)
