About the Role
A role where you help turn standards and systems into real impact – supporting great practice, strong evidence, and better outcomes for children, young people, and families across Parkerville.
As the Senior Officer – Standards and Accreditation, you'll coordinate accreditation and quality activities across Community Services, helping teams confidently demonstrate great practice in action.
You'll maintain key quality systems, support staff to use them well, and provide reporting and insights that drive continuous improvement and accreditation readiness.
You'll oversee Standards Performance Pathways, helping staff engage with the system in a practical way.
Working with service teams, the Practice Lead, and Cultural Practice Lead Group, you'll ensure practice, documentation, and evidence align with Quality Service Standards and accreditation requirements.
You'll also coordinate key accreditation and quality reviews, including NSQMHCMO Accreditation, Child Protected Principles, Better Care Better Services Standards, and other requirements – supporting safe, high-quality service delivery across Parkerville.
This is a full-time role, with the option of also working 0.8FTE, fixed term role until June ****.




You will be based in Burswood, with travel required across sites to operational demand.
You bring:
Experience in quality, accreditation or community services
Relevant Qualifications in community services, human services, quality, business administration, project support, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
Strong organisational and analytical skills
Ability to work across teams to embed practice
