We're looking for an organised and customer-focused
Inside Sales Coordinator
to support our Sales Team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a fast-paced, wide-ranging role that combines sales support, customer service, order management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
What You'll Do
Be the first point of contact for customer and sales enquiries.
Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation.
Process sales orders, returns, credits, and freight bookings.
Track deliveries and provide customer updates.
Maintain accurate customer records and activity in CRM systems.
Coordinate installations and upgrades with internal service teams.
Prepare sales reports and provide administrative support to the Sales Team.
Work closely with Customer Service,



Operations, Finance, and Service teams to achieve the best outcomes for customers.
About You
Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, internal sales, or a similar support role.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
CRM experience (Salesforce experience highly regarded).
