About the role
Take your career to the next level and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Women's and Children's Hospital.
Reporting to the Executive Director, New WCH Project, you will provide high-level executive support while implementing strategy and coordinating projects.
The Senior Executive Officer plays a crucial part in bridging strategy and communication between the Executive Office, the organisation, and our stakeholders!
Key duties of the role
Prepare written communication of a professional standard, including executive briefs.
Deliver accurate, consistent, proactive, and high-quality advice to the nominated Executive and the Executive Team.




Promote the relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Support the development and implementation of communication strategies to streamline effective working relationships and communication methods.
Proactively identify issues, problems, and formulate appropriate responses.
Skills and Experience
Experience in liaising with senior executives and providing high level responses.
Experience in initiating and managing change.
Advanced executive support capabilities including but not limited to providing effective project management support.
Ability to sustain high level performance, determine priorities, organise workloads and meet demanding work deadlines.
Awareness of the political and socio-economic influences that impact on the health status and planning, development, funding, delivery, and management of health services.
