We're looking for a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (Spanish/English) to join our team and help deliver an outstanding customer experience while supporting business growth.
Rugby Architectural Building Products is a nationwide distributor of specialty building products with 26 locations across the United States.

The Opportunity
As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in building relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and supporting them with product knowledge and exceptional service.

You'll work closely with contractors, builders, woodworkers, manufacturers, and other customers, helping them select products, process orders, and keep their projects moving forward.

Monday-Friday schedule
Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

What You'll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Serve as a trusted resource by providing product information, recommendations, and solutions.
Generate sales through phone, email, and customer interactions.




Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business.
Prepare customer quotes, pricing, and proposals.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism and urgency.
Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity records.
Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and market opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Bilingual in Spanish and English required
Previous inside sales, customer service, account management, or sales support experience preferred
Building materials, construction, millwork, lumber, distribution, or industrial sales experience is a plus
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to provide exceptional customer service while supporting sales goals
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn Rugby's products and become a trusted resource for customers
